    bottled minced garlic or bottled minced roasted garlic

    olive oil

    Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size pieces

    drained and chopped bottled roasted red sweet peppers

    shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
1.
In a large bowl combine greens and salad dressing; toss to coat. Set aside.
2.
Arrange bread shells on an extra-large baking sheet or two large baking sheets. In a small bowl combine garlic and oil. Lightly brush oil mixture over bread. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until bread shells are light brown (if using two sheets, broil one sheet at a time).
3.
Top bread shells with Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips and sweet peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil about 2 minutes more or until cheese melts. Top with greens.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with additional bottled peppercorn ranch dressing and/or finely shredded Parmesan cheese.
