  • 1  cup  thinly sliced cucumberOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  diced canned beetOn Sale
  •     Fresh dill weed sprigsOn Sale

Directions

SPREAD about 1 tbsp. of the cream cheese on each toast slice. Divide the cucumber and beets among the toast slices.
2.
CUT the sandwiches diagonally into quarters. Top each quarter with a dill sprig. Serve immediately. Makes 16 appetizers.
