  • 3  pounds  new potatoes, washed and quarteredOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  warm milkOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  butter, softenedOn Sale
  • 1 (3-ounce)  package  cream cheese, softenedOn Sale
  • 1 1/2  cups  shredded Cheddar cheeseOn Sale
  •     Salt to tasteOn Sale
  •     Ground black pepper to tasteOn Sale

Directions
1.
Place new potatoes and salt in a 4-quart saucepan with enough water to cover; bring to a boil over high heat on stovetop. Cover with lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender; drain well.
2.
Mash potatoes with fork or potato masher. Add milk, butter, cream cheese, and Cheddar cheese, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
