Recipe from VELVEETA®
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 8 ounce package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1/2 pound VELVEETA®, cut up
1 6 ounce package frozen cooked tiny shrimp, thawed, drained
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
COOK and stir celery in butter in 2-quart saucepan on medium heat until tender. Reduce heat to low.
STIR in cream cheese and milk; cook until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
ADD VELVEETA, shrimp and wine; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with dill weed.

VARIATION: Omit wine. Increase milk to 1-1/3 cups.
USE YOUR MICROWAVE: Decrease milk to 1/2 cup and wine to 1/4 cup. Place celery and butter in 2-quart microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until celery is crisp-tender. Add milk; microwave 3 min., stirring after 2 min. Stir in cream cheese; microwave 4 to 6 min. or until cream cheese is melted, stirring every 2 min. Stir in VELVEETA, shrimp and wine; microwave 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with dill weed.
