Cheesy Herb Biscuits

From Betty's Soul Food Collection... A little bit of Italy and a whole lot of fresh flavor makes these mini-focaccias the perfect yummy snack or a just-right side dish with your favorite pasta dinner.

Ingredients

1can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)see savings

2 teaspoonsolive or canola oilsee savings

-
2cloves garlic, finely choppedsee savings

-
2 tablespoonschopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leavessee savings

-
5 tablespoonsshredded fresh Parmesan cheesesee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. On cookie sheet, place biscuits 3 inches apart. Press or roll each into 4-inch round.
2.
Brush tops of biscuits with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, basil and cheese.
3.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
