Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas Verde

Warm tortillas are filled with an enticing combination of shredded chicken, Pace® Salsa Verde, sour cream and Cheddar Jack cheese, and are baked until the filling is hot and the cheese is melted.

Ingredients

1 jar(16 ounces) Pace® Salsa Verdesee savings
-
1 1/2 cupsshredded cooked chickensee savings
-
1/2 cupsour creamsee savings
-
6 oz.shredded Cheddar Jack cheese (about 1 1/2 cups)see savings

8corn tortillas OR flour tortillas (6-inch), warmedsee savings
Directions
1.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spread 1/2 cup salsa verde in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
2.
Stir 1/4 cup salsa verde, chicken, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Top with the remaining salsa verde.
3.
Bake for 15 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
