Cheese Wafers

Serve these cheese-shortbread wafers at your next appetizer party. They're sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

3/4 cupall-purpose floursee savings

-
Dash cayenne peppersee savings

-
1/4 cuptoasted sesame seedsee savings

-
1/2 cupmargarine or butter, softenedsee savings

2 cups(8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheesesee savings

1 cupAll-Bran® Originalsee savings

-
or 1 cupAll-Bran® Bran Buds®see savings

Directions
1.
In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour and pepper. Set aside. Place sesame seeds into small shallow bowl or pan. Set aside.
2.
In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and cheese until very light and fluffy. Stir in Kellogg's® All-Bran® cereal. Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Drop by rounded teaspoon into sesame seed. Coat evenly. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork dipped in flour.
3.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks.
