    heavy cream

    sharp cheddar cheese, grated

    salt

    Tabasco sauce

Directions
1.
Prepare 1 Atkins Cuisine Pie Crust according to recipe. Prebake the crust before filling.
2.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a saucepan over very low heat, stir eggs, cream, cheese, and green onions until combined. Heat until mixture is hot and most of the cheese has melted (do not let boil), about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
3.
Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes, until filling is set, and begins to brown slightly. Serve warm.
