1Chai tea bagsee savings

5small Gala or Fuji apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely choppedsee savings

2Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and coarsely choppedsee savings

1/2 cupbrown sugarsee savings

Directions
1.
Bring 1 cup water and chai tea bag to a boil in a large saucepan. Add apples, pears and brown sugar. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until fruit is soft, about 20 to 25 minutes.
2.
Process in a blender, in batches, until coarsely pureed, or mash with a potato masher for a chunkier texture.
