  • 1  pound
    cavatappi or other corkscrew-shape pasta

    fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces

    Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Frozen Diced Chicken Breast

  • large yellow sweet pepper, diced

    cherry tomatoes, halved

    semisoft cheese with herbs

Directions
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding asparagus during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Cover and keep warm.
2.
Meanwhile, prepare Grilled & Ready® Diced Chicken in a skillet according to package directions. Add sweet pepper to skillet during last 2 minutes of cooking.
3.
In a large bowl gently combine hot pasta, asparagus, chicken, sweet pepper, tomatoes, cheese, and reserved pasta water until cheese is melted. If desired, season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Serving Suggestion:
Sprinkle with shredded Romano or Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh oregano.
