    ground cinnamon

    dry-roasted unsalted peanuts

Directions

Heat oven to 300 degrees F.

Whisk together the brown sugar, egg white, onion powder, thyme, allspice, pepper, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Add peanuts to sugar mixture, 1 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition until peanuts are evenly coated with seasoning mixture. Turn nut mixture out into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan.

Bake in 300 degrees F oven 30 minutes or until peanuts are lightly colored, stirring every 10 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool.
