Caramelized Peach Tart Tartin
This dessert is rustic but elegant -- a perfect way to make the most of sweet fresh peaches at their harvest peak.

Ingredients
-
3/4 cup sugar
-
3 tablespoons water
-
4 tablespoons butter, cubed
-
6 large peaches, quartered
-
1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2.
Combine sugar and water in an 8-inch cast iron skillet. On medium heat, cook until sugar dissolves and starts to caramelize to light brown color. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
3.
Arrange the peach quarters upside down over caramelized sugar.
4.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
5.
Top peaches with pie crust. Push down the edges so there is no dough outside the skillet.
6.
Bake for 20 minutes. Loosen around the edges and quickly invert onto a serving dish.
