  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slices whole grain baguette, toasted
