Directions
1.
In medium bowl combine tomatoes, cheese, red onion, basil, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 24 hours.

To serve, spoon tomato mixture onto toasted baguette slices. Makes 4 servings.
