  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast , cut into strips
  • 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green or red peppers)
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice , cooked without salt
