Campbell's® Healthy Request® Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry

Sauteed chicken and colorful vegetables are served over hot rice in a savory cream sauce.

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spraysee savings

-
1 lb.skinless, boneless chicken breast , cut into stripssee savings

-
3 cupscut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green or red peppers)see savings

-
1 can(10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soupsee savings

-
1/2 cupmilksee savings

-
1 tbsp.low-sodium soy saucesee savings

-
1/4 tsp.garlic powdersee savings

-
4 cupshot cooked rice , cooked without saltsee savings

Directions
1.
Spray a 12-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and stir-fry until it's well browned. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet.
2.
Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until they're tender-crisp. Stir in the soup, milk, soy sauce and garlic powder and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken mixture over the rice.
