Cajun Tortilla Chips

Flavored tortillas in different colors make a fun treat. Go easy on the salt because these Crispy Tortilla Chips can get too salty very quickly.

Ingredients
  • 2  6-inch
    corn tortillas

  •  
    Nonstick cooking spray

  • 1/4  teaspoon
    Cajun seasoning
    see savings

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F . Lightly coat tortillas on both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle tortillas on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Cut each tortilla into 6 pieces. Arrange the pieces in a single layer on baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool on wire rack.

Wavy Chips: To get slightly wavy chips line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with rippled foil. Place unbaked tortilla wedges into the grooves of foil to curl them slightly. Bake as directed above.
