3/4 poundsboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch piecessee savings

1/2 poundspicy Italian sausage, cut into coinssee savings

1/2 poundasparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch piecessee savings

1medium onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch piecessee savings

1medium bell pepper, cored and seeded, cut into 1-inch piecessee savings

1small zucchini or summer squash, cut into 1-inch piecessee savings

-
2 cans (14.5 ounces each)diced tomatoes with jalapenossee savings

-
2cloves garlic, peeled and chopped finesee savings

1 teaspoondried oreganosee savings

-
1/2 teaspoonpaprikasee savings

-
1/2 teaspoonblack peppersee savings

-
1/2 poundlinguine or fettuccine noodles, cookedsee savings

-
grated parmesan cheese, optionalsee savings

Directions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and sausage; cook for about 5 minutes, turning once.
2.
Add asparagus, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, diced tomatoes, garlic, oregano, paprika and black pepper. Stir well.
3.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 30 minutes or until all the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
4.
Toss with cooked linguine or fettuccine. Serve with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
