2 cups deli-style shredded coleslaw blend
1 cup thinly sliced assorted red, green and orange bell peppers
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasonings
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to blend.
Cover and chill to hold.
