Cajun Candied Pecans

Ingredients

2/3 cupKaro® Light Corn Syrupsee savings

1/4 cupsugarsee savings

-
3 tablespoonsSpice Islands® Louisiana Style Cajun Seasoningsee savings

1 pound (4 cups)pecan halvessee savings

Directions
1.
MIX corn syrup, sugar and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. Add pecans; stir gently to coat. Transfer to baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2.
BAKE pecans for 18 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees F, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes. Place on cooling rack; separate nuts with a fork. COOL completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
