Caesar Salmon Pizzas

Caesar dressing flavors individual bread shells topped with salmon, spinach, walnuts, and Parmesan cheese. Serve as a main dish for two or slice thin and use as an appetizer.

  • 2  6-inch
    Italian bread shells (Boboli)

    bottled creamy Caesar salad dressing

    torn fresh spinach

  • 2  ounces
    smoked salmon, flaked and skin and bones removed

    walnut pieces, toasted

    finely shredded Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)

    thinly bias-sliced green onion

    drained capers (optional)

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spread bread shells with some of the Caesar dressing. Place bread shells on a baking sheet.
2.
Top bread shells with spinach, salmon, walnuts, half of the Parmesan cheese, the green onion, and, if desired, capers.
3.
Bake, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or just until heated through. Drizzle with remaining Caesar dressing; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
