  • 3   cups  finely chopped, peeled applesOn Sale

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; beat well. Stir in vanilla, apples, and pecans. (Mixture will be thick.)

Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over top. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.

Cool completely in pan. Garnish with warmed caramel sauce, if desired.
