Burst-of-Orange Butternut Squash

Directions

Lightly coat a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Place squash in prepared baking dish. In a small bowl combine orange juice, maple syrup, salt, pepper (if desired), and cinnamon. Drizzle over squash; toss to coat. Dot with butter.

Bake in a 425 degree F oven, uncovered, about 25 minutes or until squash is tender, stirring twice. Makes 4 servings.
