Ingredients
  • 1 1/4  cups
    water

    uncooked bulgur wheat

    Pace® Pico De Gallo OR Pace® Picante Sauce

  • 1  cup
    rinsed, drained canned black beans

  • 1  cup
    drained canned whole kernel corn

  • 1/4  cup
    chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Directions
1.
Heat the water in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir the bulgur into the saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let stand for 20 minutes.
2.
Stir the bulgur, pico de gallo, beans, corn and cilantro in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip:
For a twist, stir in a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
