Bulgur Salad

Pace® Pico de Gallo adds a burst of flavor to this simply fresh salad combining prepared bulgur wheat, black beans, corn and cilantro.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cupswatersee savings

-
1 cupuncooked bulgur wheatsee savings

-
1 cupPace® Pico De Gallo OR Pace® Picante Saucesee savings

-
1 cuprinsed, drained canned black beanssee savings

-
1 cupdrained canned whole kernel cornsee savings

-
1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro leavessee savings

Directions
1.
Heat the water in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir the bulgur into the saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let stand for 20 minutes.
2.
Stir the bulgur, pico de gallo, beans, corn and cilantro in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip:
For a twist, stir in a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
