  • (6 oz) tuna steaks

    stir-fry sauce

    canola oil

    Birds EyeŽ Broccoli Stir-Fry

  • cloves garlic, chopped

  • scallions, sliced

  • 2  tablespoons
    sesame seeds, toasted, if desired

Directions
1.
Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
2.
Grill tuna to your desired internal temperature, basting with 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill and let stand.
3.
Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add broccoli stir-fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 6 minutes.
4.
Add the remaining 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce, scallions, and sesame seeds; cook for 1 minute longer.
5.
Serve grilled tuna steaks over vegetables.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with prepared Birds EyeŽ Brown & Wild Rice with Broccoli & Carrots.
