Directions
1.
Break noodles into pieces; reserve seasoning packet. Place noodles in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Add the 1 cup warm water. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 2 to 3 minutes or until noodles are softened, stirring twice; drain.

For sauce, in a small bowl combine seasoning packet, 2/3 cup cold water, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper. Set aside. In a large skillet heat sesame and cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir sauce; add sauce and noodles to skillet. Cook and stir until bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute more. Makes 4 to 6 side-dish servings.
