Ingredients
  • 1 2-lb.  whole wheel brie cheeseOn Sale
  • 2/3 cup  toasted chopped pecans or walnutsOn Sale
  • 2/3 cup  toasted slivered almondsOn Sale
  • 2/3 cup  chopped pistachiosOn Sale
  • 2/3 cup  dried cranberries or dried tart cherriesOn Sale
  • 2/3 cup  snipped dried apricotsOn Sale
  • 2/3 cup  dried currants or golden raisinsOn Sale
  •   Unsalted crackersOn Sale
Directions

With a flat-edged knife scrape off most of the rind on the top side of the brie wheel. Cut brie into six equal wedges; arrange on a serving platter with points facing out to create a six-pointed star. Press one type of nut or fruit on the top of each wedge. Arrange crackers inside the brie wheel. Cover and chill up to 2 hours before serving. Makes 32 servings.
