Bow Tie Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups uncooked bow tie pasta (8 ounces)
  • 1 9 1/2 ounce package Tomato & Basil Pizza Burgers, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 16 ounce container low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 26 ounce jar fat-free spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons dry parsley
Directions
1. 
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in crock-pot.

Cube MORNINGSTAR FARMS Tomato & Basil Pizza Burgers and place in crock-pot. Add cheese, spaghetti sauce, water, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
3. 
Cook on low about 3 hours or until thoroughly heated. Stir in parsley and serve hot.
