Ingredients
  • 1   cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries (from 8-oz bag)
  • 1/2  cup vanilla soymilk or fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1   container Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free lemon burst or French vanilla yogurt (6 ounces)
  •  Honey, if desired
