Blueberry Sauce
This blueberry and orange juice sauce makes a healthy topper for ice cream or pancakes.

Ingredients

3 cups blueberries

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions

Stir together all ingredients in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Lower the heat and boil gently for 8 minutes, or until mixture gets thick. Be sure to stir the sauce often during cooking. Serve warm or chilled.
