  • egg yolk, slightly beaten

  • 2   cans
    (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling

  • 3/4   cup
    all-purpose flour

  • 3/4   cup
    rolled oats
    see savings

  • 1/3   cup
    granulated sugar

  • 1/3   cup
    packed brown sugar

  • 1/3   cup
    margarine or butter, melted

Directions
1.
Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
2.
Spread pie filling in crust. In small bowl combine flour, oats, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Stir in margarine or butter. Sprinkle over pie filling.
3.
Bake on baking sheet at 375 degrees F about 35 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is light brown. Serve warm or cool. Garnish as desired.
