Blueberry-Brie Quesadillas

5 7- to 8-inchflour tortillassee savings

1 tablespoonbutter, meltedsee savings

4 ouncesBrie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (remove rind, if desired)see savings

1 cupfresh blueberriessee savings

1 cupfresh raspberriessee savings

1/4 cuphoneysee savings

1 cupquartered fresh strawberriessee savings

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Place tortillas, buttered side down, on a large baking sheet. Place Brie slices on one half of each tortilla. Sprinkle blueberries over Brie. Fold tortillas in half. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown and cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, for sauce, in a blender or food processor container combine raspberries and honey. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Serve quesadillas with raspberry sauce and strawberries. Makes 5 servings.
