Revved-Up Kids Breakfast: Four-Wheeler Pancake

With three daughters, I’m completely lost when it comes to boys and their toys, but I do know there probably isn’t a boy out there who wouldn’t love a four-wheeler. My nephews have a bubblegum pink (yes, pink) four-wheeler — and they love it! When I was out to visit them last year, they took me for a ride. It was scary putting my life into the hands of a seven and nine year old, but I have to admit, I had a blast! This breakfast is for everyone out there with a sense of adventure (regardless the age).
What You’ll Need:
1 pancake
1 banana
1 kiwi
To Make Four-Wheeler Pancake:
Whip up your favorite pancake batter and make a batch of pancakes. Cut 1 pancake into shape of a four-wheeler as shown. Use scraps to create the handlebars and seat. Peel and slice kiwi. Use two slices for the wheels. Slice a banana and arrange for the road. Use an end piece of the banana for the headlight.
