Fruity Kids Snack: Goldfish Cutie

Clementines add a bright, citrusy burst to the dull gray days of winter. Not only are they delicious, they’re nutritious, too — and they’re the perfect size for snacking (for kids and adults!). I always have a full box of Cuties on hand this time of year, and with so many of them in my house, I knew I had to create a fun snack out of them. How about a goldfish? Don’t mind if I do!

What You’ll Need:
1 Cutie/clementine
1 grape
1 Cheerio
4 blueberries

To Make Goldfish Cutie:
Peel the clementine and separate it in half. Pull one half of it apart into separate pieces. Cut 1 clementine slice in half for the fins. Lay the half that is still together onto a plate. Arrange separate pieces from the other half for the tail. Put the fins in place. Cut the grape in half and slice a piece off for the eye. Use a Cheerio for his little mouth. Arrange the blueberries on the plate for bubbles.

Keep on swimming!
