Jalapeño Beef Kabobs: 30-Minute Meal

The best thing, though, might be that you can double, triple, or whatever the recipe without really adding a lot more time, from getting the dish prepped to putting it on the table—a quick and easy meal that’s health-conscious and perfect for summer evenings around the barbie.


If you’re not in a rush, you can whip up polenta, too, creating an Italian-themed bed for your Mexican-inspired main dish. But if it’s easier, you could also put on some rice, which would also go well with this dish, and time it to be ready just before the kebobs come off the grill.

    Hi Kes,If the problem can be a username/password challenge and you are not able to log in then I am not sure what’s wrong. I tested it a second ago and it seemed to be working fine. Could you check once again and see if it’s ok now?
