New Ice Cream to Celebrate End of 30 Rock
How will Ben & Jerry’s celebrate the last episode of the seven-year TV show 30 Rock? With a new ice-cream, of course. Maybe Liz Lemon Ice? Or 30 Rocky Road?
We’ll have to wait until the last episode on Thursday night to find out, but, according to the Huffington Post, B&J’s co-founder Jerry Greenfield will announce the company’s latest flavor at a finale party steps away from the Rockefeller Center studios where the NBC hit airs.
Last year, Ben & Jerry’s released Schweddy Balls in honor of a famous SNL skit, and, as the HuffPo notes, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon both have their own B&J flavors as well. The new ice cream will be available at Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops starting in February and in grocery stores soon after.
And we don’t think the trend should stop there. Why not Zero Dark Chocolate 30 Rock for a double tribute to the TV show and one of this year’s Oscar nominated films?
