How To Coupon: 5 Coupon Blogs Worth Bookmarking
Google “coupon blogs,” and you’ll get almost 52 million listings. Yikes! That’s a lot of people talking about couponing.
While I haven’t even come close to reviewing 52 million search hits, I do have a handful of favorite coupon blogs that I visit over and over again. Here’s what I have bookmarked — and why I think you should have these sites bookmarked, too!
Coupon Mom is my first stop before shopping. The site posts a weekly list of store sales, including locations of coupons for sale items.
The Krazy Coupon Lady is actually two ladies, who I wish were my friends. Their chatty posts are a mix of grocery deals and freebies, and they also detail their “extreme shopping” trips. They’ll even pay you $50 for a guest post, if you have a tip to share!
The scope of the Frugal Girls extends far beyond the kitchen, as they share deals on home décor, crafts, toys, etc.
Mom’s Couponmatic is the best site I’ve found to alert me to free samples — and its name and layout are super-cute. It also has links to printable coupons.
I love Jill Cataldo — my first introduction to smart shopping. Prior to discovering her couponing DVD, I only saved by happenstance. The organizational concepts I learned from Jill literally changed my life, as I started saving enough to work less. So I’ll always love Jill.
You should regularly visit the Facebook pages and websites of your favorite coupon bloggers, since not all postings appear in your Facebook newsfeed. And be aware that copycat sites exist. If you accidentally type in “Cuoponmom.com,” you’ll be directed to a site about coupons – but it won’t be our Coupon Mom.
