Italian-style fish On the night before a holiday meal, dinner should be quick, easy, and light. You have plenty of time for stuffing tomorrow.

There is little lighter than seafood, and this Italian-style Fish, made with a mild white-fleshed fish such as cod, pollack, or red snapper, is broiled, so it’s very low in fat and calories. Made lively with stewed tomatoes, tomato-bisque soup, and fresh mushrooms, it makes a good accompaniment for pasta (we’re partial to linguine).

We’re talking 20 minutes from start to finish for a seafood meal that looks like you slaved hours to prepare it. And with all that time and all those calories saved, you’ll have plenty left over to bake your Thanksgiving pies (and maybe even have an extra slice for dessert).
