Hello, All
Are you wanting to try a nutritional sandwich that will fit into your diet at a fast food restaurant?
Arbys’ has created a Pecan Chicken salad Sandwich. The sandwich is filled with fruit (apples and grapes), nuts (Pecan), Lettuce, a light mayonnaise on two thick slices of bread and healthy scoop of Pecan Chicken Salad.
You can take a slice or substitute the bread with thin bread for less calories.
The sandwich is delicious and filling.
Afterwards, take a brisk walk with your friend.
Caution Two very important points:
If you are allergic to nuts please do not eat and consult your allergist or family’s physicians first.
This sandwich is not for infants up to 6 years old.

I tried the Orange Cream Shake and it was very, very good. I loved orange creamsicles when I was young.

i havent tried this pecan chicken salad yet. however i never liked any chicken salad more then my homemade chicken salad with dill weed. yum yum. and i cant forget to add cape code chicken salad. 8.00 a lb at ur local market. however i wonder if arbys is really worth the hype it gets for there chicken salad sandwiches compared to the above listed?

Arby’s is underrated. We need more Arby’s restaurants – more than McDonald’s
i am probably not one of arbys top fans but i got to agree with you. we have way to many mcd’s in the world. in every state. this is why america has an obesity problem. people cant stop the fast paced fried food joints. atleast arbys has some healthier food that isnt kangaroo meat lol. yes mcds added healthier foods too but it still not like arbys fresh n healthy!
