This week, we’re featuring a classic pantry staple: canned tuna. We’ve cast our net wide (so to speak) and come up with three quick-and-easy dinner recipes that are not tuna casserole! Each can be prepped and on the table in 25 minutes or less, and they feature a range of out-of-the-ordinary flavors, from a tangy tuna pomodoro to a spicy Southwestern skillet.

Believe it or not unlike the Brits in The ideal Exotic Marigold Hotel, who want to leave England I’d personally enjoy to retire to England. I really like that country!

I totally dig this idea, but . . . who writes the first letters you guys or us? (above says, you guys, although the email I got just said we write them.) What is the subject matter? Can we write about anything? I’m able to imagine this is often a lot cheaper than therapy or medication for some people. Can we include pictures of our cats? How about recipes for vegan cupcakes? There is actually a chance I may well have interesting things to write about. What is the statistical probability that the reader will treatment? Excellent idea! You are all wonderful. Please advise.

I love to fix a one pound box of Orzo pasta, add a can of peas, 2 cans of chunk light tuna, and what ever condiments you like to make up a pasta salad. YUMMMMM!
