Blackberry-Banana Lemon Trifles

No matter what type of fresh berries you choose, this no-fuss four-ingredient dessert makes a scrumptious ending to any meal.

  • 2 3 3/4 ounce container lemon or vanilla* sugar-free reduced-calorie ready-to-eat pudding
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
  • 1 100 calorie pack shortbread cookies, coarsely broken
Divide one of the containers of pudding between two 8-ounce straight-sided glasses, spooning pudding evenly into glasses. Top pudding in glasses with half of the banana slices, half of the blackberries, and half of the cookies. Repeat layers with the remaining pudding, banana, berries, and cookies.
