Ingredients
2 3.75-ounce containers lemon or vanilla* sugar-free reduced-calorie ready-to-eat pudding
1 small banana, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
1 100-calorie pack shortbread cookies, coarsely broken
Directions
1. Divide one of the containers of pudding between two 8-ounce straight-sided glasses, spooning pudding evenly into glasses. Top pudding in glasses with half of the banana slices, half of the blackberries, and half of the cookies. Repeat layers with the remaining pudding, banana, berries, and cookies.
2. *Test Kitchen Tip: If using vanilla pudding, stir 1/4 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel into each of the containers of pudding.
