Directions

Stir the picante sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, molasses, coffee, cocoa powder and garlic in a medium bowl. Pour half the marinade into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Add the ribs and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Cover and refrigerate the remaining picante sauce mixture.

Lightly oil the grill rack. Heat the grill to medium with the grill set up for indirect cooking. Grill for 3 to 4 hours or until the ribs are fork-tender, turning and basting often with the marinade.

Heat the reserved picante sauce mixture in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Serve the sauce with the ribs and garnish with the onions.
