Directions
1.
In a medium saucepan combine carrots, celery, broth, and pepper; bring to boiling. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips.
2.
Meanwhile, for topper, in a medium bowl combine biscuit mix and milk. Spoon in 12 mounds on top of broth mixture. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of dumplings comes out clean.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a platter of cold meats and cheeses.
