Bibb-and-Radish Salad with Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

3large heads of Bibb lettuce, leaves tornsee savings

-
8radishes, thinly slicedsee savings

-
1/3 cupsnipped chivessee savings

-
2 tablespoonsmayonnaisesee savings

-
1/3 cupbuttermilksee savings

-
2 tablespoonsred wine vinegarsee savings

-
1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oilsee savings

-
Salt and freshly ground peppersee savings

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with the radishes and chives. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the buttermilk and vinegar. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve.
