    frozen mixed berries or 1 cup frozen blueberries plus 1 cup frozen strawberries

    blueberry fat-free yogurt

    light cranberry-raspberry juice

    fresh blueberries (optional)

Directions
1.
In a blender, combine frozen berries, yogurt, juice, and dry milk powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh blueberries.
