This sweet and nutty vegetable snack recipe leaves nobody in the dugout. For travel, put peanut butter mixture and fruit in plastic bags and fill the celery at the ballpark.

  • 1/3  cup
    creamy peanut butter

    honey

    celery

    mixed dried fruit bits

Directions
1.
In a small mixing bowl combine peanut butter and honey. Fill center of each celery piece with peanut butter mixture. Top with chopped dried fruit bits. Transfer to a serving plate. Cover and chill until serving time. Makes 6 servings (2 pieces per serving).
