Ingredients
  • 3 1/2  cups
    Swanson® Beef Broth (Regular, Lower Sodium or Certified Organic)

  • 1  stalk
    celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

  • medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1/4  cup
    uncooked regular long-grain white rice

Directions
1.
Stir the broth, celery and carrot in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat.
2.
Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is done.
