Beefy Vegetable Soup

In the mood for soup, but you don't have a lot of time? Four on-hand ingredients simmer together, and in just forty minutes you'll have a flavorful soup that's both warm and comforting.

3 1/2 cupsSwanson® Beef Broth (Regular, Lower Sodium or Certified Organic)see savings

1 stalkcelery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)see savings

1medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)see savings

1/4 cupuncooked regular long-grain white ricesee savings

Directions
1.
Stir the broth, celery and carrot in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat.
2.
Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is done.
