    slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces

    1-inch fresh pineapple cubes

    prepared barbecue sauce

Directions
1.
On 4 long metal or wooden* skewers, alternately thread Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Chunks, bacon pieces, and pineapple chunks, leaving a 1/4-inch space between pieces.

For a charcoal grill, arrange medium-hot coals around a drip pan. Test for medium heat above the pan. Place skewers on grill rack over drip pan. Cover; grill for 12 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Adjust for indirect cooking. Grill as above.)

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan combine barbecue sauce and pineapple preserves; cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. To serve, brush kebabs with sauce; pass remaining sauce.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with hot cooked white rice.

*Note:
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
