Barbecue-Style Pork Chops

A quick and easy dish that even the kids will love, these chops are great when you need something fast!

  • 6 Smithfield boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 4 1/2 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown pork chops in oil. Drain, then place in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chops. Bake for about 20 minutes until chops reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
