Barbecue Pizza

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cornmeal

1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

3/4 cup barbecue sauce, divided

2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

2 cups shredded cooked pork

1/4 cup chopped green onion
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a pizza stone or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cornmeal.

Roll crescent-roll dough into a 13-x-9-inch rectangle. Place on prepared pan.

Bake for 8 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, stirring well. Spread onto partially cooked pizza crust. Top with cheese.

In a medium bowl, combine pork and remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, tossing gently to combine. Spread on top of cheese.

Bake for 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is thoroughly cooked. Top with green onion. Cut into 3-inch squares. Serve immediately.
