Place the yogurt in a small bowl and add one banana. Mash the banana until there are no large pieces. Add the vanilla and set aside.
Divide the broken cookies evenly among 4 ramekins or small bowls. Slice the second banana, and place a few slices on top of the broken cookies. Line the sides of the ramekins with banana slices. Fill the containers with the yogurt/banana mixture. Top each with a banana slice and then sprinkle with the crushed cookies.
