  • 1  4- to 5-pound  cooked boneless spiral-sliced honey-cured hamOn Sale

  • 2  tablespoons  frozen orange juice concentrateOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  lemon juiceOn Sale

  • 2/3  cup  golden raisins or raisinsOn Sale

Directions

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer. Bake, covered with foil, in a 325 degree F oven for 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hours or till thermometer registers 140 degree F and ham is heated through. During the last 15 minutes of baking, make sauce.

For sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine brown sauce, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and vinegar. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in raisins; heat through. Remove from heat.
3.
To serve, slice ham. Pass warm sauce. Makes 12 to 14 servings.

*For Brown Sauce
Prepare enough brown sauce mix or brown gravy mix to make 3 cups.
